Vlog 81 Castle, rooftops and cobblestones in Lisbon

This was our last day in Lisbon on this trip. We wanted to capture as much as possible, so we headed out early geared up with our walking shoes. We started the day with Santa Justa Elevator. Let me just say, that if you are planning to visit Lisbon, get the daily travel ticket for €6. You can travel on Metro, trams, bus, some ferries and the Santa Just a Elevator. The ticket for the elevator alone is €5! So for an extra €1 you get to use all the transport of the city.

After the tower we headed across the Baixa and climbed all the way up to the San Jorge castle, which has an amazing views of the city. We also stopped for lunch in Cruzes Credo, which is a casual looking restaurant, but the food is excellent! Then before making our way to the Praca do Comercio to watch the sun set, we stopped for a quick coffee and a Pastel de nata, which is traditional Portuguese egg tart pastry.
