But here’s the thing, no matter how proud of your work you are today, there is someone else out there burning midnight oil in a hopes that those extra few hours will give them the competitive edge.

To succeed in this brutal business you need to work hard. You need to work hard today, right now. Not to plan for the hard work, but really make things happen every single day. And if you are in a band, make sure you pull your weight. There is nothing worse than band members trying to slack, while you work your ass off. Work hard!
