3rd of April 2016 Blog update

It has been a good week. I had time to concentrate on what I love the most, which is creating things, music, videos, photographs… I really truly love it and live for it. But to make the time to concentrate enough time on the restive process, it does take a lot of work managing my time. I’d like to think I am getting better at it 😉

This week I definitely learned a lot, but its hard to break the into specifics, but lets try to round them up in a more general way:

  1. I have been doing my homework on stuff like parallel compression and other vocal mixing tricks of the pro producers of more modern music. And I think you can hear some of the results in this weeks song as well.
  2. Time management is all about valuing your time and figuring out what you are better doing your self, and what you can allocate to others (or outsource)
  3. If you find a bug in a software or a system, don’t just assume others have found it as well. You might just be the first one making the people responsible aware of it.

And that leads straight to this weeks stuff. This weeks song “Loving You” is a song about the emotional rollercoaster in relation ships and making-up. Check it out here:

In the first vlog of the week I talk about one of the common problems of vloggers:

Vlog 134 Another full hard drive

This is a special one for me. It’s me, Des and Brian rocking it out in the Porterhouse. Check it out and share it far and wide, it really would mean a world to me:

Vlog 135 Live in The Porterhouse

Here’s something completely different, Steam tractors and a band organ:

Vlog 136 Things are getting steamy

This is a random vlog. Random vlogs are the ones that are just about my day:

Vlog 137 Random Tuesday

I had a day of getting stuff done. So I decided to dedicate the whole vlog to productivity:

Vlog 138 Simple productivity hack

The last vlog of the week is about Instagram, and how I male it more fun for my self. The idea is useful one for pretty much any social media. Check it out:

Vlog 139 Gamifying Instagram

And that wraps the week once again. But before I let you get on with your day, just a little bit of house keeping.
