Vlog 217 19th of June 2016 vlog update

This was a week of highs and lows. But at the end of the week reflecting back on it, the highs definitely out weighed the lows 🙂 From time to time events fold on our path, that no matter how prepared we think we are, they still mess up our plans. How we react in these situations is often much more important than the original plans. To be able to see the positive in these situations is how we succeed.

So I think it goes without saying there were few lessons in store this week 😉

  1. No matter how well you prepare, something unpredictable will come along.
  2. In these situations analytical approach is much more beneficial than an emotional reaction.
  3. And by concentration on the positive rather than the negative will make your own life easier.

This weeks song “Live to fight another day” tackles a very important subject of domestic violence. It is something I strongly believe we need to talk about much more. So check out the song and share it with the world:

Live to fight another day

In Monday’s vlog we have the best busker I have heard in a long time:

Vlog 211 Best busker ever

OK, just to clarify, I finally decide to drop the vlog numbers from the titles on Tuesday. The numbers are still in the descriptions and in the video itself 🙂 Tuesdays vlog was another Instagram mission, this time I was heading out to find the rugged beauty in the back streets of Dublin:

Rugged bits

On Wednesday I took you to the Merrion Square park, where I was enjoying the weather and editing vlogs 🙂

Working in the park

This is probably one of my favourite vlogs. I managed to capture a fellow musician making someones day a very special one. And Brian behind the bar is spreading hope.

Banjo master class

As usual in the Fridays vlog I talk more in detail about this weeks new song. I also take you along for my morning run.

Sweat pumping out of me

I finish the week talking about a lot of the same stuff I started this blog post with. It was a little bit of an eye opening moment 🙂

Did they close a street for me to film?
