Vlog 67 Here’s how I dropped 10kg

In todays vlog I get more into the details of what my diet looks like. It gets quite detailed, so if you have no interest on the diet, just skip ahead. But I’ll put the details here, and as I said before this is what works for me, it might not work for you. I am not an expert on nutrition, I am just an expert on my own body 🙂 Before taking on any dramatic diet you should always consult your doctor.

So my diet is 5% Carbohydrates, %25 Protein and % 70 fat. This is called Ketogenic diet and you can find a lot of information, and science to back that it does work online, but also I can recommend a great book on the subject called Keto Clarity, by Jimmy Moore.

After the diet talk, we have a little bit of messing around in the Porterhouse and some cool night tim scenes from Dublin. Hope you enjoy it.
