I’ll be honest with you, my motivation today has been low. It was a rainy day, and my foot had been troubling me, so I could not go out for a run. So I felt like doing nothing… But if every time I felt like this I just crawled back to the bed and did nothing, I’d get nothing done. And that’s where the secret is.
When you hit those low points, and you will, or through them. If you feel down, write a sad song. Write a blog post about how you feel. Share a real part of you with your followers. Life has it’s ups and downs, so why do we feel the need to hide the fact that sometimes we feel down. Why not just say it out loud? And as soon as you say it, I bet you will feel just a little bit better. And if you manage to work through it, and in the process create something, by the time you get to sharing it, you’ll feel much better.
So when those moods come and go, don’t let them stop you. Work through them. Show them who is in charge. Go out there and create something great 😉
