Quick tip 170 Reward your work

J.P.s Quick tipWhen it comes to your work, there is a fine line between doing a great job and thinking you are great. One of them make you work harder than the other. If you work hard, it can have a great results. Rarely the fact that you are great (which you are by the way) will result in great things alone. Think about this for a second.

I am a strong believer that we should try to be the best version of our selves, more than anything else. But this can only happen though actions. Through hard work. So when you work hard, set your self goals, and reward your self when you reach the goal. This will reinforce you to work even harder in the future.

And even though it is a good thing to have self belief, be aware of the fact that you are great will not do the work for you. There is no substitute for hard work, and it should be rewarded.
